Refund policy

We try to keep returns simple:
If your Gurus don't fit or you aren't happy with them, we will fix the issue or refund your money:
1) If you don't like them, just send them back in new/unworn condition and we will issue a refund excluding shipping fees. (international customer must pay return shipping)
2) If the sandal does not fit, send them back in new/unworn condition and we will send you a smaller or larger size. (international customer must pay return and replacement shipping)
